to Cloud 9 Worship Center! We are a Spirit-filled Body of Believers who want to worship GOD in Spirit and in Truth
(John 4:14); to worship HIM with all our being.
Cloud 9 has a mandate from the Lord to establish an Apostolic Training Center in this region; to become a place of habitation for the glory of the Lord; to see that glory cover the San Diego region. For all of this to happen, His Body needs to step into a place of empowerment to know how to activate and walk in the authority that has already been established. We are being called to a position of greater influence, of greater impact for His glory where we live.
We also provide a safe place, a refuge for the wounded & hurting in the Body of Christ. We believe that everyone "women & children included" are called to be a minister in the Body.
Sundays: Our Services are typically at 10 AM Sunday Mornings, but when we have guest speakers the hours vary. For more up to date information, please check our website under "services".
We include the children and youth in our worship services.
We offer nursery, children's church and youth services during the preaching time.
Our core value is to first minister to the Lord in worship and praise. Bring your banners, your streamers, your flags, your shofars, your shouts, your dance, your singing, your garments of praise, your artistic expression and visual art talents, and your worship and adoration for the King of Kings.

is to love the Lord our God with all of our heart, soul, mind and strength; to love our neighbors as we love ourselves, and to advance the Kingdom of God by empowering believers to impact the world.
Pastors John and Judy Ross
John and Judy Ross have been pastors of Cloud 9 Worship Center for over 40 years! Judy is a prophetic artist who has painted at many of the prophetic events throughout the years both here in San Diego and abroad. The Rosses minister the heart of the Father and teach the Kingdom principles of how to walk in the supernatural here and now. Their heart cry for the Body of Christ to not just “move” in the prophetic but to “live” the prophetic every moment of every day!
John’s apostolic calling paired with Judy’s prophetic anointing delivers a powerful touch to those to whom they minister.
