RETURNS and REFUND POLICY – Cloud 9 Worship Center
If a dispute arises between you and Cloud 9 Worship Center, our goal is to learn about and address your concerns as quickly as possible, to your satisfaction, and to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly.
How To Return An Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email to request a refund and you will be assigned a tracking #.
2. Mail or Deliver your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt with dispute tracking number.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music CD’s & DVD’s.Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. This will be at the discretion of the Cloud 9 Worship Center staff.
Credit Card Chargeback Rights:
You may pursue a Dispute/Claim with Cloud 9 Worship Center, or you may contact your credit card company and pursue your Chargeback rights. You may not pursue both at the same time or seek a double recovery. If you have an open Dispute or Claim with Cloud 9 Worship Center, and also file a Chargeback with your credit card company, Cloud 9 Worship Center will close your Dispute or Claim, and you will have to rely solely on your Chargeback rights.

Disputes between you and Cloud 9 Worship Center regarding the Cloud 9 Worship Center services may be reported to Customer Service online through the Cloud 9 Worship Center website “contact us” or at any time by calling (619) 479-5012 from 9am-5pm PST.
